Petrobras Argentina announces that on 03/07/2013 it was notified by the Civil and Commercial Court No. 2 of Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, regarding the interdiction of its refinery, located in this city. The company states that it has complied with all requirements of the competent authorities and operates in compliance with the environmental standards.

The company has submitted an appeal to the Court, attaching relevant documentation and is available to the competent authorities so that the Bahia Banca Refinary returns to normal service as quickly as possible.
