Petrobras explains that there is to be no new share issue
In response to news published today (October 29th) about a potential new capitalization, Petrobras announced that the management has ruled out any new share issue.
In line with the commitment made under its 2013-2017 Business and Management Plan, capitalization is not among the options that the company has considered in order to finance its investment plan and any speculation on the matter is therefore without grounds.
