New North Sea assignment for Siem vessel

Norwegian shipping company Siem Offshore has secured a deal for one of its anchor handling tug supply
(AHTS) vessels with an undisclosed operator.

Siem Offshore describes the new contract for its AHTS Siem Emerald as a medium-term one. This AHTS is
currently serving the North Sea market. The company confirms that the vessel has already started this contract.

According to the vessel owner, the new contract has a firm period of six months and comes with extension
options of up to additional six months. The 2009-built Siem Emerald vessel is of VS 491 CD design with a cargo
deck area of 800 m2. This AHTS can accommodate up to 60 people.

Over the past few months, Siem Offshore has been winning new deals for its vessels and extending existing
ones. The most recent medium-term deal was secured in March 2023 with Helix Robotics Solutions for another
AHTS vessel to be deployed on an offshore wind project in East Asia.
